World Bank Mobile Apps

The World Bank has launched a number of mobile apps which allow direct access to some of their free statistics.

Key Examples include: 

• World Bank DataFinder app which lets you access 50 years of World Bank data on global economic indicators.
• Doing Business at a Glance which draws on the data and information from the World Bank's 'Doing Business' measuring the ease of doing business according to business regulations in 183 economies. 

If you don't have a smart phone you can still get free access to major series via the World Bank data site http://data.worldbank.org/data-catalog 


They have also launched a new open finances site  https://finances.worldbank.org/ where you can get facts on where and how the world bank spends its funds.
